It's been over 10 days since I sent emails to their support, no response to them or this forum. This tells me they are not interested in my business as a paying customer. I'm needing the ads to come down as I have a serious forum with an important issue. I'm willing to pay, but nobody is there to take my money.
I'm presently looking for a good forum that is interested in doing business, does anyone know where I can find one.
This one is a joke. The traffic I was beginning to get left because they could not post images, links and emails, and I can not even get the avatars to work. I can't send email to my members. A lot of work for nothing.
Usually when this type of thing happens the owners are about to go off line. I can't take a chance on that. Too much work involved to let it be deleted. I need a reliable forum.
I know several people who have forums here and will be emailing them to let them know that nobody is there to keep this place alive.
