Default Homemade Deodorant Recipe

Geranium and Cypress Deodorant

Supplies Needed

* 1 tsp high-proof Vodka
* 10 drops Geranium Oil
* 10 drops Cypress Oil
* 8 drops Bergamot Oil
* 5 drops Neroli Oil
* 4 drops Lavender Oil
* 3 drops Black Pepper Oil
* 4 tbsp (40 ml) Witch Hazel
* 2 tbsp (25 ml) Cornflower Water
* 2 tbsp (25 ml) Orange Flower Water
* 1 Glass Bottle (100 ml), with a spray attachment


Instructions

* Put the vodka in the glass bottle and add geranium oil and cypress oil.
* Now, add bergamot oil, neroli oil, lavender oil and black pepper oil.
* Shake the bottle vigorously, to make sure that the essential oils dissolve.
* Put witch hazel, cornflower water and orange flower water in the bottle.
* Again, give the bottle a thorough shake.
* Your deodorant is ready to be used.


Aloe Vera Deodorant

Supplies Needed

* ¼ cup Witch Hazel
* ¼ cup Aloe Vera Gel
* ¼ cup Mineral Water
* 1 tsp Glycerin
* 1 Glass Bottle (100 ml), with a spray attachment

Instructions

* In a bowl, put the witch hazel and Aloe Vera gel. Mix well.
* Add the mineral water and glycerin.
* Mix in a few drops of essential oil.
* Put the solution in a spray bottle and shake well.
* Your deodorant is ready to be used.

Citrus and Herbal Deodorant

Supplies Needed

* 1 tsp high-proof Vodka
* 10 drops Bergamot Oil
* 8 drops Clary Sage Oil
* 7 drops Thyme Oil
* 5 drops Rosewood Oil
* 5 drops Lemon Oil
* 3 drops Lavender Oil
* 2 drops Mandarin Oil
* 4 tbsp (40 ml) Witch Hazel
* 2 tbsp (25 ml) Linden Flower Water
* 2 tbsp (25 ml) Orange Flower Water

Instructions

* Put the vodka in the glass bottle and add bergamot oil and Clary sage oil.
* Now, add thyme oil, rosewood oil, lemon oil, lavender oil and mandarin oil.
* Shake the bottle vigorously, to make sure that the essential oils dissolve.
* Put witch hazel, linden flower water and orange flower water in the bottle.
* Again, give the bottle a thorough shake.
* Your deodorant is ready to be used.

Tip

* Whenever you use a homemade deodorant, make sure to give the bottle a good shake beforehand.

Default Chocolate Cake

3/4 c Margarine @ rm temp
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Liquid egg substitue @ rm tm
Liquid sugar substitue equal
To 1/3 cup sugar
2 t Vanilla
2 c Cake flour
2 t Baking powder
1/4 c Instant dry milk;
1/3 c Cocoa
1 c Water @ room temperature

Cream together margarine and sugar at medium speed until light and
fluffy. Add egg substitue, sweetener, and vanilla to creamed mixture
and beat at medium speed for 1/2 minute. Stir together flour, baking
powder, dry milk, and cocoa to blend. Add 1 cup water to creamed
mixture along with flour mixture and mix at medium speed only until
smooth. Spread evenly in a 9 inch square pan that has been greased
with margarine. Bake at 350 degree F. for 30-35 minutes or until a
cake tester comes out clean and the cake pulls away from the sides of
the pan. Cool to room temperature and cut 4 x 4 to yield 16 equal
servings. Food Exchange per serving: 1 BREAD EXCHANGE 2 FAT
EXCHANGES; CAL: 157 CHO: 16gm; PRO: 3gm; FAT: 9gm
LOW-SODIUM DIETS: Use salt-free margarine and low-sodium baking
powder.
