Soak 1 tsp. dry amla in one cup of water overnight. Next morning strain it through a muslin cloth and then add one extra cup of water. Splash your eyes with this solution each morning and watch your eyes sparkle.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables like carrots, drumstick, spinach., papaya and mangoes which would provide for the beta carotene which helps to have healthy eyes. Also drink at least 12 glasses of water to avoid any kind of puffiness in the eyes. Water keeps your eyes moist and flushes out waste from the body.

Use a clean cotton ball dipped in milk to clean your eyes. Milk is a good and safe natural cleanser. Inserting in 2-3 drops of pure rose water in the eyes adds a glow to them. Regularly apply oil mixed in glycerin to your eye lashes and eye brows to keep them dense and dark. Place a slice of potato or cucumber on both the eyes, after 10 minutes remove and wash the eyes. This helps to avoid under eye wrinkles and dark circles around the eyes.
