Bizhat mail plz give me a reply

i have been using bizhat mail service for around 1 yr. i am very much happy with its speed and reliability. but now i have some doubts about that.
this mail box is not updated frequently. i never sow a new feature added to it.
i am using this mail as my primary personal email id. i am very much concerned about its quality as i gave this id to many of my friends, to my company and lots many at abroad.
i sent this query through "contact us". but no one replied. thats why i am posting here.
so plz give some information about mail service and also its future plans.
its my request to the admin of this site.
