Well, for me, to keep my self healthy, I just see to it that I take a bath everyday. I brush my teeth regularly. I eat food at normal times. I think of good things only. I pray to God to keep me healthy. Is there anything better than these?

We tend to complicate on healthy food today.
but health can be kept simply. One is to eat local food in its simpliest way. If you are Indien, eating brown rice ( not polished) is better for your health because it contains several types of Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B6, B12), minerals and some other beneficial substances.
