Story- The whole film is based on the bad impressions that are associated with the name ‘Chandu’. Normally, the name Chandu is associated with betrayers. So, the hero of the film, Chandu, goes out of his way to show that he isn’t a betrayer.

Jayasurya plays Chandu, the son of the maid servant of a palatial house. The master of the house, Janaarthanan, educates him and doesn’t treat him as the son of a servant. Janarthanan’s daughter Bhavana falls in love with Jayasurya, but he is afraid to reveal his true feelings for her because he doesn’t want to betray the interests of his master, her father. He starts refusing her advances.

He finally decides that the best way out of this mess is to lie to her and tells her that he is in love with another girl, Navya Nair. He leaves the house and goes to Chennai. On the way, he meets with Navya in the train. Navya takes him home. Soon, he befriends Vineeth, a dance master. Son, he is into films…

Things are clear until then, but suddenly it goes haywire and you end up with a crime thriller.
