The most common meaning is Clan for Experts
but the realy meaning is
Commission Fedural Electric.

Nope sorry swanbanna, but I'll make one if you want me to.
The codes under the banners are php, html, htm, xml, xhtml, shtml, cgi, pl, c, h, php4 code safe.
So no need to worry about altering the codes unless you like to have things match |
