why cant upload index

i dont know what happen.. i cant upload index.html... when i upload, the file wont be on the folder...

it's very hard to believe. but it's real.. you'll know after you do a research...

btw, anyone can help me, why i cant upload index.html or index.htm... the other file i can upload...
only cant upload index file..

now, i only can write a short message on the index.. if i upload my original index page, it wont work like previous..
