Você deve ter pelo menos 10 posts no fórum, então requisitar o free hosting e aguardar uns 3-4 dias que os caras ativam.
Se na hora de vc pedir um site, não colocar uma descrição em inglês que não explique pra que vc quer o hosting, então eles vão rejeitar seu pedido.
É um pouco demorado, mas realmente vale a pena. Meu site tá nota 10, servidor muito bom

Os caras do Bizhat acreditam que se você se esforça pra conseguir o hosting, então vc realmente vai dar valor a ele. E não tiro a razão deles, pois eu mesmo já registrei em uma porção de hostings gratuitos e logo depios de uma semana esqueci deles.
Não é difícil conseguir o mínimo de posts... e vale a pena pelo hosting
