Need a host

Hi, Hope this is the right place to post this.
I'm looking for a reliable free phpBB2 host, I applied to bizhat but recieved no email.
All I need is a phpBB2 forum with ftp. access, I will put up a link to your site on my website and forum if needed.

My last 2 hosts went down taking all my files with them, so please it must be a reliable host. you can email me at " bobocop@rogers.com"

The forum is for people involved in making 3d PC games with gamestudio,
I don't know if I can put a link up to my website here (where I'll put your link)
