On main page if you sign up for free IB forum, you get this strange virus page. Does anyone know what's up with that?  |

Can you tell me which URL you are refering ?
I am not aware of any pages with virus. |

It's actually saying Hacked. Do you think perhaps, that's why IB forum can no longer access Admin CP as it gives Page not found 404 error for past two weeks now.
