No it's ONLY to learn how because when you now HOW you hack you can protect our Computer approximately hacker ok?
I DON'T want that you use the site to destroy computers from other people.
Hacker want to learn HOW you can hack.
A Cracker destroy the Computer.

That site has nothing to do with hacking, or hackers. If anything it can teach you how to be a newbie and how not to be able to type english correctly. Other then that my friends that site gets a thumbs down. I mean come on, pop up everywhere, hosted on a free hosted website, on a free hosted forum. Think about this, if they were hackers, wouldn't they have a .com, or perhaps know how to spell. Basicly that site is run by the guy that posted it and wanted hits. Stop acting as if you're a hacker, it makes you look bad. You want to be a hacker learn proper english 1st, then how to program. Perhaps also learn how to protect your own Pc, then after you do, get off the Pc, and move on to Linux~
