real dummy about flash

i'm a newbie here at bizhat forums. can someone teach me how to make a flash presentation like the example on the link below? i'm a real dummy when it comes to flash programming. thanks!

It'd be hard to learn how to do something like that in 5 minutes but my best idea would to go to a couse, that way you can ask questions etc.
