problem with autorization code

Sometimes when people try to register on my forum the autorization code picture does not show up. How can i fix this?

I suggest not to use this authorization code
thats bcoz I found it faulty in many of the forums hosted

goto general admin -> configuration ->
Enable Visual Confirmation set to NO

Visual Authorisation is needed as there are spam bots that will signup your forum and start posting SPAM.

So you should enable visual confirmation. If you are having problem with visual confirmation, contact

1. Forum URL
2. Forum admin user name and password
