People cannot see the confirmation numbers

Hi, having a small problem

when people try to register to my forums they cannot see the confirmation numbers to complete the regestraion, i've tried to turn it off in the admin panel however its not working.

can i do anything to correct this?

i discovered this too,
i installed a differnet css-style and it corrected the
problem.

Quig, you can use a different template. Your current template do not support CAPTCHA image, you can contact support with your forum url, login details to fix your template.
