Users cannot register to forum

Hiya... just created a new forum.

But the users do not seem to get an email so they can register.

Tried changing so registration was set to none. It still continues to say it needs an email activation

Tried changing styles a few times... didn't help

Tried going into user management, but when i enter the user name and goes into the profile, instead of the profile name, the admin name stands where the user name should be. But the rest of the profile is the users profile.

When i try to activate it and press enter, i get this message
Template->make_filename(): Error - file error_body.tpl does not exist
