Corrupt style. Can no longer do anything at all.

Please help! Your service has been great so far, I had a bit of trouble with Configure Banner button but that was all sorted. However, now I've been looking through the styles and one I added came up blank on the droplist on my Profile. I'm the administrator of course. Anyhow, I tried to use it to see what it was and now I get this error:
phpBB : Critical Error

Could not open template config file

DEBUG MODE

Line : 519
File : functions.php

I can't do a thing, and I can't get FTP working to try to copy files from another style to it. Can you please fix it, change my preferred style to anything else or delete the style? Whichever would be easiest for you Smile

P.S. To avoid confusion - the default style I've chosen is fine, it's just the one with the blank name that I've chosen in my Profile.

To avoid template problems, you must test template as ordinary user, in cause it do not work, you can always change template of the user as ADMIN, more details at

To fix the error, send your forum url, admin user, password to support

Yeah, it was pretty foolish to test them as admin. I had no idea this type of error was even possible, though Sad

I've sent a support request, still waiting though. I'm sure they can sort it, when they get round to it Smile

Tenbinza, your forum is fixed.

Please change template as user first.

In Admin, you can set

override user style = YES

So all users see the template you have set for the forum. If you allow users to change templates, then, you should test templates, else users can face same problem as you have faced now. Better stick to one working template.

In new servers, we don't add lot of templates as it is not easy to keep all of them uptodate when new versions of phpBB released.
