Hi,

once upon a time the no one cricketer GregChappell, is the legend of Aussies cricket, he coached the indian team, but india fails,
Again looking for Watmore, he is also legend for Aussies,
but our seelcetion commite not agree watmore,

Coaches provides Stratagey only, team implements it, if team management is not correct, result is like this.

when a professional is a coach, he gets paid for it, so he does the best he can, but he may help the aussies but i dont think so Very Happy
