How do we change the colours of the admins and moderators

Hey, in the who is onlie bit at the bottom, how can we change the colour of the admins and mods, and how do we add more group into the bit that says admin and mods.

Also in the forums, it says the last poster and the date of the last post, anyway of getting it to show the thread name aswell??

I am not seeing any option to do it on mine either. I would like to know as well.
