Posting Format question

Ok most of this seems straight forward, Im just not sure what Im supposed to put in the Anchor Text section.

Should it be what I have in my tags? like in the descitption tag I have: This site is the online portfolio of artist and animator Ezra Allen showing computer generated animation, models and rigs created in Maya.

or is it just the page title?

I guess also a brief description of the site content would be helpful, and also people responding to posts who want to link to the poster should also use the same format right?
