Howto: A user who can confirm registrations, no access cp

Hello,


In my forum users have to register and I have to accept their subscription.
I can give an other user 'site admin' rights, so he can accept subscriptions, but he can also access the control panel.

Now I want to create a group or user who can accept user subscriptions, but who can't enter the control panel.

Is this possible?

Sorry, but I don't think so. If you give another user "Admin" status, then he/she can do everything that you, as Admin, can do as well. The only three (3) options given for approving registrations that I am aware of are:
1) None
2) User
3) Admin

Someone please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken about this.
