Giving and receiving

Hello,

Sometimes when our dreams fail we tend to
waste away, from ourselfs and others. Without
realizing it we begin to not trust not love bec-
ause we feel we are not worth the the effort.
We begin to not answer our phones or the
door bell. Almost everything a loved one trys
is taken another way, so people tend to ignore
you.

I cannot feel for you but I am willing to make
some suggestions for you. In order to help
you, you must want to be helped. Follow the advise
of your doctor and try to be more outgoing.
Try answering your phone,if you have a computer
talk to others that way. Try accepting the efforts
of others.Rethink going out for a while. Find someone
that you can tolorate for awhile, and chat about anything.

Find a reason ,any reason to smile at. Learn to dream
again. Dream of the positive and force yourself to be
happy,about the smallest thing.Find a reason to live.

We cannot change the past, but we have the chance to
change tomorrow. Don't give up, you'r worth much more
than that. (Smile) Open your heart to receiving, as well
as giving
