Using FTP - (if you are new to FTP)

i have 10 post bug why i can't upload File and FTP can't connet

why i can't go in file manager ?
whan i type :

sever : myname.bizhat.com port : 21
user : myname.bizhat.com Passive : unmark/mark
password : ********
Language : English

than logon..

will came out :
Could not connect to server myname.bizhat.com:21 with user myname.bizhat.com
try again..

why i can't log in ?

p.s : is member login use same site url and password in file manager ?

I signed up last week, was unable to upload, as I'm sure you know. I really want to put my site up. Does anyone know of any other free hosts with no adds?

your host name i think should be thoih.s1.bizhat.com , without the http://www.

And whats this Post bug ?? i have been unable to get on my site for a bit, though the info is right. to manage my files ?

I using Leech FTP. Easy to use. Easy connecting to FTP server. 5 tries to connection. Auto-signal to FTP and back to user. Downloading file small. Quick queue for files. Disconnect when software is close.

Download from download.com, search Leech FTP or FTP. Download file.
