PHP Requests has been closed. Please read the last post of the thread that you saw closed.

Theres been no indication as to when activation requests will be taken again, so the only suggestion I have is to keep on eye on this forum and that thread for updated news.

Dude, has it ever occured to you, that the php activation thread is locked FOR A REASON.
