That is very helpful to those who doesn't want to have liver damage. Because it is difficult if one organ in our body malfunction. Some toxic waste in our body will not be eliminated.

Sleeping is very necessary, a proper sleep of 7-8 hrs makes u much more relax.
And also exercise is a must do work which everybody should do regularly.A exercise of half an hour daily can make you a healthy person.

Yoga is a way of life, an art of righteous living or an integrated system for the benefit of the body, mind and inner spirit. This art originated, was perfected and practiced in India thousands of years ago. The references to yoga are available in 'Upanishads' and 'Puranas' composed by Indian Aryans in the later Vedic and post- Vedic period.
