This will ensure that you don't have a blocked windpipe and are able to breathe properly thus stopping you snore. If you have been fond of sleeping on multiple soft pillows, then throw them away. Get yourself just one firm pillow which will again reduce your snoring by keeping free flow of air in the air passage. Next best remedy to stop snoring is to have a hard look at your lifestyle. If you are one of that regular party goers then you have a problem... Have a regular sleeping pattern. Don't consume alcohol or sedatives just before going to bed. It relaxes your neck and throat muscles which leads to blockage of the airway. You will have fat deposits around your neck and throat, if you are overweight. These will put pressure on the windpipe leading to blockade in the air path during sleep and you will be snoring. Hence, reduce your weight. Nasal congestion will make you snore. So if you are suffering from cold, inhale steam before going to bed to make you sleep free from snore. Snoring can reduce your day time productivity and cause irritation due to poor sleep. You must try to stop it for better functioning.
