Is Nutrisystem Just Expensive Fast Food???

So I’m checking out Nutrisystem, it seems like an easy way to lose weight because you don’t have to think about portions, what to eat, etc. and I’m really sick of dieting, but the food is processed, full of sodium, definitely not fresh – it’s fast food!! Isn’t that my problem, eating too many Big Macs?

At least I know they’re made out of some kind of meat, the burgers at Nutrisystem are what they call reconstituted.

Just add water?
And get a burger?
That just cannot taste as good as a real one.

How do people lose weight eating this stuff?

Does anyone know???

Sounds kinda unhealthy besides, I find another thing online called NuLean, Nulean One Week Detox Diet vs Nutrisystem claims it works as a detox, gets rid of the problem caused by fast food, has anyone tried that?

At least you can eat actual food besides the liquid drinks, much much cheaper and if it really works fast like they say, I’m there. Please, feedback, I want to know if it’s as good as it sounds. Thanks!!!
