We live in an apartment and at there we have assigned annual maintenance for everything. If we have any problem we just call them up they came and repair it.

But however your tips is certainly good for those fellows who live in own home and have such kind of problem on regular basis.

Now everything is going towards Annual Maintenance Cost as people do not want to carry extra and unrequired burden on them and hence they are opting for this option.

But if you want to get relief from the Door maintenance than I think you should use Bi Folding Doors and you will be free for life time.
