What kind of roof should I use ?

We are located in the region where in summer temperature reached at 45 Degree. So We are planning to build a few rooms in our second floor for the guests.

So guys tell us which kind of roof we should use ... should we use concrete one or we should go with the wood one. Wood one will be bit expensive but good for summer and winter.
