Can I host the board myself??

Can I host a board that I've already signed up for?
I know it gives me an option to enter the domain name, can I enter in my domain, and give it a location on there?

I'm new to this thing, but it would be great to be able to add more smilies and avatars for the people who are already signed up for the board.

Also, would this then change the online location of the board?
Would I then have to send the members to another location?

Sorry for so many questions, but I'm a bit lost.
