Can anyone tell me what the Ftp address is?

ftp address is used to connect/access the web-directory. e.g. to upload any file on your site u need its ftp-address.

I also want to know, if we can have access to our ftp-site. e.g. my forum is hosted at e.g. xyz.s2.bizhat.com than, can we get any ftp://xyz..... address to directly manipulate the phpbb-forum files ?

also, can we add/edit the custom Ads on the forum..because if not, there is no use of running a forum either free or paid!!!! unless its for non-profit org.; if its a paid utility than how much ?

one more thing,

if I want to move the forum to some other host, than can we get the Database/forum-script from bizhat, if yes than how ?
