False SPAM

Sorry for my english I'm french ; so I will try to explain my problem in a few words.

A new member can't access my forum because he is identified like a spammer ; it's the first time he tries to access a bizahat forum and he is not at all a spammer.

I can certified this, it's a friend !

I've read than others members seem to have the same problem in their forum but no answer comes from the support team.

Anyone can solve this kind of problem or the guy is definitely and unfairly banned of my forum ?

It happened to a friend of mine as well. The server banned his IP address saying it was a spam address. It gives a link in the Ban message to the person to contact Bizhat and address the issue. He has had no reply in 3 weeks.

I have also posted on these forums with the problem and contacted the forum admin. No reply in a week.

I know this won't help you get the answer, just letting you know that support may take a while.
