confused about suspended forum

A friend and I had a story-based forum going for a while, but it's on hiatus due to being busy with other things. Whenever I get a warning of suspension, I post a little more to keep it active, but this time, I swear I posted, but it says my forum is now suspended. I sent a message around yesterday, asking to reactivate it, and have received no reply. Poking around the forums, I saw something about needing 20 posts here to reactivate. Is this true? I've been very active in my own forum, why would I have to be active here too to get my own reactivated? I really want it reactivated to back up the story so far.
