Forum suspended or deleted

Form was deleted how do undelete it
This forum is suspended for inactivity. Forums with out post in last 30 days will suspended. Supended forum can be actived with 25 days, after that forum will get deleted and all data will be lost.how do i recover it after it is deleted please help i tryed to make a new one but it states i have one already so what now im so lost with this and keep it basic please here is my forum site Forum Suspended

Your forum is active. Please post at least 1 post per month to keep the forum active.
