Forum hacked to close it down?

The forum I administer was active until today, with a minimum of 1 post per day, normally a lot more than this. It is used by about 200 people who are playing an online game together. The game has reached a critical stage but anyone trying to log onto the forum (including me) is getting this message:

Forum suspended or deleted

This forum is suspended for inactivity. Forums without posts in the last 30 days will suspended (sic). Suspended forums can be actived (sic) with s5 days, after that forum will get deleted and all data will be lost.

The fact that this is an active forum and cannot have been suspended for inactivity plus the grammar and spelling mistakes in the error message, makes me think that it has been hacked.

Can anyone advise what to do? As I said, the forum is in active use every day, there were new posts every day this last month, and right now we really need it.

OK, well I have given this 9 days and have had no reply here on the forum, or to my message sent directly to Support.

I suppose I can't complain as it's a free service, but obviously I will not be using BizHat.com again, and if you are considering using them for a forum of your own, then all I can say is that if you think you might need support, good luck.

I have set up a new board using excoboard (anyone interested can google the name). They have a reputation for good support and so far, so good.
