Seeking a candidate with strong written communication skills to post and repost apartment advertisements on Facebook, MySpace, and Craigslist. Pay starts at $12.00/hr. and working hours are from 7:30am-4:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Although the 60-day training will take place in the Denver Tech Center, this will become a work-at-home job. Successful completion of the paid training program is evidenced by a thorough understanding of the ad posting systems and the continued display of a positive and team player attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Previous HTML experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Process ads within the specified time allotment
- Coordinate daily activities such as follow-up emails set by management
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly ad posting performance goals
- Act as a liaison between apartment communities and prospective residents
- Convert leads to leases by maintaining an acceptable closing ratio by the number of ads posted daily
- Work on continuous improvement through goals set by management

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Has worked successfully in a fast-paced, changing workplace
- Is highly web enabled
- Excel proficiency is required
- Detail oriented
- Strong oral and written skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, discounts, interest, and percentages

4. Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or Windows XP Service Pack 2 with all Windows updates. Windows Vista is not supported at this time.
5. High Speed Internet Access (256 megabit up\ 384 down)
6. Sound Capability
7. Anti Virus Software (Trend Micro PcCillin is preferred, McAfee is fine)
8. Home network must be able to pass through firewalls, routers. Wireless networking will not work with our software.
9. Internet Browser w/Java Client 1.5
10. Must have Internet Explorer. Netscape or other browers will not work.
11. Wireless Routers or Internet Providers are not supported.
12. Headset that hooks into a USB port

The work-at-home environment must be quiet and free from distractions.
