What do u guys prefer a Desktop or a Laptop why is that tell reasons

I prefer to use Laptop as it is portable and i can carry it with me anywhere

Honestly, I'm tied between the 2. I use both, for multpile reasons. Yes, laptops are portable, and, sometimes have alot more versatility. But, I'm also a gamer, so, I like the added power available on a desktop. A wired, permanent mouse is more precise than a touchpad or wireless mouse on a laptop. Also, the battery wouldn't last for the full 5 hours of an online tournament or campaign. However, I use the laptop with windows server on it, for business taks. I have most of my databases on there, and, its a very good email server, news server, and event tracker.

That's just my two cents.

Desktop. I do lots of intensive work and gaming. Laptops don't have the power needed for what i need. I'd like to get a netbook for general internet stuff.

I would say desktop cause I would want to upgrade my com and repair it myself if possible...

And it's cheaper in a way compared to laptop and more powerful as well...
