Teja has blended a story of romance between a Hindu boy and a Muslim girl set to the backdrop of a boxing match between two nations playing a crucial role in the lives of the lovers. Navdeep and Santoshi the lead pair give a fine performance. The director sugarcoats a few hard truths about the religious divide and enmity between two nations.

Navdeep is the only son of Ayesha Jhulka a rich businesswoman. Lonely and left to the care of servants, Navdeep joins a new college which has lots of unruly students. Santoshi a Muslim girl is the student in this college. Her father runs a small café .Santoshi is a great admirer of Navdeep and used to secretly watch him play basketball. Santoshi woos Navdeep and sides with him in his fight against the college rowdy. The romance hots up. Her brother opposes the romance. Ayesha sponsors a boxing match between India and Pakistan in Hyderabad. The event is organised by Navdeep. The Pakistan boxer wins the match and attributes this victory as a lesson paid back by his country for all the defeats at the war field. He challenges Indian boxers to defeat him. Navdeep takes up the challenge and gets trained by Santoshi’s father. The ISI monitors the emergence of Navdeep into a boxer. They maim Navdeep and injure him badly. Despite the injuries Navdeep wins the match.

Navdeep and Santhoshi fit the role like T. The music and cinematography is above average. The film has many heart rending scenes and is bound to bring out patriotic feelings in every Indian. The director shows the patriotic feelings of Indian Muslims. Ayesha Jhulka gives a very good performance. The film has all elements for the youth and the elders.
