Login Blank Screen

Hi

I opened i free forum for my clan a few days ago, it works fine for myself, but other members say they register and then when they go to the login screen they only get a white blank page.

What can i do to fix this, why is it happening to them and not me.

As i said, it works fine for me and my friends can read and see the forum but they can't login to post something with there usernames.

please help, i don't understand why, i'm from england, but they are from South Africa, maby that has something to do with it but i don't think so.

As you can see from the image, the url is for thre login sccreen, but nothing is comming up.

I found out myself what the problem was, i open a test account and the same thing happened to me.

I tryed to log in before a click the activation link that was send to me by email. So the blank screen must meen you did not activate your account yet.

It would be better if it opens a page that say, your account is not activated yet.
