Problem on backup

I am milad and admin forum www.mohandesmilad.netfreehost.com , on username : milad , I paied money for backup and you send backup for me but I have problem in import backup because don’t accept my new forum ( www.forum.eca.ir ) backup .
I while import backup new forum after 30 minute don’t work and show error .
I am pay money now and you import backup in new forum . ok
