Hi, I am new to this site. I signed up for free web hosting, but then I see on some post that you have to post at least 5 posts before you can sign up, just wondering do I have to post 5 posts and go through the sign up process again? I am kind of confused, please help.

Can you explain what this is please? What are they and what do they do?
