Why Does It Fail To Upload ???

hi guys

ive got 50mb allocated to my site havnet I because i requested the upgrade and it says its upgraded as my username is aak and my site is aak.bizhat.com and im uploading files and all upload apart from flash file .swf, its about 11mb and i am no where near my maximum allocated space of 50mb and get this error uploading through FTP :

what does this mean? does it mean i dont have enogh space and that my actual site wasnt updated to 5mb from 5mb?

thankyou, my ID is AAK and site is lowercase aak that doesnt matter does it ? and i requested this about 3weeks ago and the admin said he did indeed upgrade................. soo what do i do please?

you can host anyway but you need 10 post not 5 pal this so your webspace can be greater than the default space allocated byt he webhost

frans185?????? ive made over 20 posts now what are you talking about i know the rules PAL, and i did request my proper website no spelling mistakes etc so my site should be upgraded to 50mb not 5mb i think the person who told me he upgraded was an imposter n not part of the bizhat team so i need the actual admin or mod etc to upgrade me not a member
