Improve detection of "personal info"

I've tried posting several times today, and since I haven't been a member long enough, it tells me that i can't post personal info or urls. I don't have anything resembling either in any of these posts. It's very frustrating.

I agree. I've experienced this twice already. I wanted to reply to this thread earlier about BB Code to be disabled because I think that's the cause of the problem but then I realized it's something else.
