Just to answer your emails and respond to problems would be an improvement. I've sent 3 emails with requests for help and/or complaint and no answer. I'm just getting started on my forum and am already to find another place.

When something doesn't work and I can't get any help, that makes this forum suck. The FAQ section is a joke.

I opened a forum here because it said I could pay to remove the ads, yet ou say there are no ad, don't pay, yet there ARE ads. My users cannot post links or email addresses, there are no avatars, I can't figure out how to send email to all users AND you people don't answer your damned emails.

I'm wanting a nice forum to discuss an important topic and this seemed to be a good place, but I'm having second thoughts now.

I've been a member of talkfreedom for some time and liked their forum, so I clicked on the link at the bottom and started my own, yet I didn't get the same service.

knock, knock, knock, knock, Is anybody there to lend a hand, you have a customer here who is willing to pay for an ad-free forum, that works, but nobody's home.

I think your forum would have alot less spam if there wasnt this post more and get a better hosting package thing cause when people only have to post to do something everyone posts useless things that are gonna be deleted for absolutly no reason. I think that if you could come up with another way the forum would be a hell of alot better.
