Help me uploading a logo/banner into my forum

hello all,
i have just created a forum... and customized a subGreen theme... now i am tying to upload a banner(logo) but it is not displaying on my forum.
can you please help me in this regards...?

yes i did the same, but it is not displaying on the main screen!
any other suggestions?

Seems most of the skins do not support uploading personal banners. I guess it would cause to much useage on the free servers? That is the only thing i can think of.

yeah alot of the backgrounds dont show it. Subsilver always does though. Or try to log out and you should see it..we have the default background on as "rainy day" and I see the banner when I log out. But not on some backgrounds such as "smilies"
