ftp on website or with aceftp isnt working

Hi There
I cannot access my site at all using either the website ftp program or using my ftp program aceftp. I just get a message saying that it cant be authenticated. I can visit the website itself and everything works just fine. I just cant get access to any of the files The address of my site is http://ccaaformosa.bizhat.com

Any ideas for why its not working?
