unable to access forum

earlier today i was unable to access the forum for a couple hours. did anyone else experience this downtime or was it just me?

IKNOW I posted somethinglike this somewhere here, but MY forum, The Owl's Perch, I haven't been able to get into at all!!!

I was able to put up a banner, description, even create some practice threads, as I'm the Site Admin for the Perch on RunBoard, but I want to go with php/bb.

Now, I can't get in!!! It says, "sorry, but this board is currently unavailabe".

When I try to login, it won't recognize my username or password, when I tried to create ANOTHER board, it says the board name is already in use, (DUH, by ME!!!) and the password too.

WHAT DO I DO????
