Help! My Website has fallen and can't reach me!

Okay so yesterday I was working with my website when all of a sudden my pages stopped showing up and I got the default pages.

I stopped because it was late and signed off the browser FTP editor. But when I went to log into my website today I got this message:

I second that! I need my website up ASAP as well as being able to edit it.
Please respond soon, I'm already looking at some other web hosts but I can't find one I like better than this >.<;

I didn't know I *needed* to give my site name since it's the same name as my username, Mad

, which is why they said it needed to be done that way *shrugs* but here it is:

My site was always up and running I just had a brief period where I couldnt log in and upload new pages, this lasted from monday 21st Jan to thursday 24th Jan.

I have had a site with Bizhat for a while now and have updated my site many times, so Im pretty sure I havent made any rookie error. The problem was I would type in my login hit enter and then be taken to a page which was blank except for in the top left corner "unable to connect"

As I said its working fine again now so the above is just for the record.
