While I may be new here I do at least know that it would be
illogical to press charges against a spammer. You may hate
them but no legal system would jail them.
Spamming in my opinion is non-allowed advertisements, duplicate posting (to a certain extent) and posts that are just irrelevant to the conversation that is taking place in said topic. I hope to be able to enjoy this site for a long time, and do not plan on spamming cause it is plain out annoying. |

| One option that has worked on some sites but not all is to make a separate spam forum and allow all the spamming they want there while deleting spam in other forums |

I think people just spam to get to 5 posts and receive their free domain. If they spam, then ban their domain too. Give them a real reason to start having real posts instead of spam  |
