Here is my 6 tips to you avoid fat.
1. Going to the gym 4 days a week
2. Eating a vegetable at every meal.
3. Drinking a fruit smoothie for breakfast.
4. Push-ups, sit-ups, or running the track.
5. Walking the dog after dinner.
6.Avoid oil foods

It is simply! Do it in several steps:
1. Eat everything you want, but only in pre-established hours (never in evenings) and do not enter anything in the mouth between them. Anything at all, except, maybe water.
2. Establish previously what you will eat and how much. Do not ask yourself at the end if you have eaten enough or not. Put an end of what you previously established.
3. Diminish gradually the quantities.
This is all. The most important is the step one. Do not enter in your mouth anything between the pre-established hours.
